D&D 4E Character Sample Sheet

How to use this sheet?

1. Copy the sheet as template into your Notion workspace.
2. Fill in the character's description, choose their race and class.
3. Click the small cog next to the Select Level button. In the dialogue window, fill the three textboxes with the desired level. Click Done, then click the button itself.
4. Edit the ability scores. Click the score, and fill the Base Value property with the rolled number. Don't forget to include the race bonus.
5. Use your class information to calculate health and healing surge values.
6. Edit defenses, and add any applicable bonuses from your armor, class, and race.
7. Do the same for the skills. Tick the checkbox for the skills you have selected as trained.
8. Add known languages.
9. Continue adding feats, utilities, and attacks as shown in the Powers\\Second Wind example. If any of the feats provide additional bonuses to defenses or skills, refer back to the previous tables.
10. Add equipment to your Inventory.
